Please note that there are specific items that cannot be placed in our dumpsters, mainly classified as household hazardous waste. These include items such as TVs, computer monitors, paint, chemicals, cleaners, gasoline, and more. However, residents of the county have the option to bring these items to the designated facility for proper disposal, free of charge. It's worth mentioning that businesses and schools are not permitted to dispose of these items at the facility. We have actively engaged in board meetings and correspondence to advocate for changes in this policy, specifically to allow dumpster rental and junk removal companies to dispose of items from residents. Unfortunately, our efforts have not yielded any changes thus far. We understand that transportation may pose a challenge for some residents, but we are unable to alter the rules set by the authority. 2. Pricing: For our residential and most of our commercial customers we use what we call inclusive pricing. This pricing includes the delivery fee, pickup fee, taxes,1 ton of dump fees and rental period into one convenient package. Things do at times cost additional like if the dumpster weighs more than 1 ton. Some items do cost additional fees such as refrigerators, stoves, washing machines and other appliances. We do give you these costs upfront in our agreement that we send to you before your rental is paid for. For some commercial customers we go with a drop-pull style of pricing. This pricing only includes the cost of the drop fee and delivery fee then the weight of the dumpster is paid afterwards.
3. Availability: When you book your dumpster with us we let you know what our availability is or a company that we work closely with. We are not a large dumpster broker that does not have our own cans! When you reserve a rental with us it will be delivered unless there is mechanical issues with the truck or trailer or we cannot due to the weather. With the large brokers you have to look our for the fine print that says " Prices and availability are subject to change without notice." For a dumpster rental we will not change the price on your after your have paid and reserved your rental without notice. We're are not even sure of what a reason would be for us to change the price on your after you have already paid but we cannot say a circumstance will not arise ever but again it will never be without notice. We believe in being upfront with our customers to build long lasting relationships with them for years to come.

5. Dumpster Size: We offer 15 and 20 yard roll offs and 15 yard driveway friendly dumpsters. We can only take a max of 4 tons in our dumpsters so we stay away from jobs with concrete, asphalt, dirt, sand etc. We offer a swap out for a lower price than a new dumpster to help our customers. Many time it is hard to envision how much space your junk will take up so if you get it wrong we have a cheaper option than a whole new dumpster rental price. Our 15 and 20 yard dumpsters are 8 feet in width and 15 feet in length, and the only difference is that the 15-yard option is 5 feet tall while (from the ground) the 20-yard option is 6 feet tall (from the ground).

Answer: Dumpsters are measured in cubic yards. A cubic yard is equal to a dresser with dimensions of 3 feet tall, 2 feet wide and 4.5ft long. Question: Will a roll off dumpster damage my driveway?

Answer: While it is possible for the driveway to be damaged we do everything we can to ensure that this does not happen. We can put boards down under the dumpster to keep it from sitting directly on the driveway. This helps disburse the weight and keeps the rollers from scratching the driveway. Since we can only handle 4 tons in our dumpsters with that low weight with it being disbursed on the wood it won't sink it.
